A leading international organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to take ownership of payroll operations across multiple European countries. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global business where payroll is viewed as a strategic function, offering the chance to drive process improvements, enhance vendor relationships, and ensure operational excellence across the region.

Your new role

As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining full compliance with local legislation and company policies.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing end-to-end payroll operations across multiple European countries.
  • Ensuring payroll processes are accurate, compliant, and delivered within agreed deadlines.
  • Managing payroll year-end activities, including P11D and other statutory reporting requirements.
