  • Deliver engagement support on customer projects where you have been scoped in., from project management to requirements gathering, and act as a first point of escalation on accounts needing additional support

  • Support the pre-sales process — maintaining PS presale collateral, advising Account Executives on positioning and scoping, and coordinating SOWs for non-standard engagements

  • Drive operational improvements through structured initiatives, decreasing overhead & rapidly delivering tangible impact

  • Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems and tasks, and to drive them independently to completion

About You

  • 3+ years in consulting, SaaS, data or other relevant domains

  • Track record of exceeding performance objectives as an individual contributor or a manager

  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator, especially with sales teams

  • Builder mentality — comfortable in an environment where process is still forming
