Job Summary:

We’re looking for a driven and passionate Engineer Scheduler to join our growing team at Zuno. You’ll play a key role in our continued growth, working closely with engineers and customers to manage schedules and resolve any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remotely assist engineers with their diary management and workload

  • Communicate with engineers and customers offering solutions, recommendations and reassurance

  • Monitor and action any planning issues that may arise

  • Build relationships with different teams within the company

  • Be reactive, engaged and forward thinking

Who you are:

  • Confident speaking with engineers and customers over the phone on a daily basis

  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and engineers

  • Proactive, hardworking and motivated, with a positive attitude and a strong team focus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable using Microsoft and Google software and able to learn new systems quickly

  • Able to remain calm, organised and effective when working under pressure

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Friendly, approachable and confident in your communication style

  • A positive and adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
