About the role
As an Enterprise Account Manager based in Paris, you will drive growth across France enterprise accounts by expanding existing customers, and winning new business. You will manage the full sales cycle for Contentsquare’s Experience Intelligence platform, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and positioning our technology against complex business challenges.
What you’ll do:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, onboarding, and expansion.
- Build lasting relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders across Ecommerce, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Technology.
- Generate pipeline through prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, networking, events, and partnerships.
- Develop customer-specific value propositions and effective account strategies.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Leadership, and global teams.
- Support successful onboarding, adoption, and account growth.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and strong CRM hygiene.
About you:
- Proven experience in enterprise SaaS, technology sales, or complex solution selling.
- Experience selling to senior executives in multi-stakeholder environments.
- A track record of winning new business and successfully expanding existing accounts.
- Strong commercial, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
- Experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and extended sales teams.
- Previous experience in the insurance or cosmetics industries is a plus.
- Fluent French and business level English language required.
