Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Eligibility Fast Track professional to join our Workers Compensation team.

In this role, you will be responsible for fast tracking the assessment of claims that are not being disputed by the employer, helping to ensure injured workers receive prompt support and timely outcomes.

You will work closely with both workers and employers to confirm injury details, explain return to work requirements, entitlements and ongoing claims processes, and ensure claims are registered promptly and accurately. A key part of the role will also include activating provisional payment entitlements for mental injury claims in line with relevant requirements.

This role plays an important part in delivering a supportive, efficient and responsive claims experience.

Training and Development

You will receive a structured 8-week in-office training program upon commencement of the role. This program is designed to help you build a strong understanding of all relevant processes, systems and procedures required to succeed in the position.

Ongoing support and development will also be available to help you grow your career over time.
