What you'll do
- Install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment as per the guidance from the Supervisor.
- Responsible for the task execution or activities within a technical discipline with safety.
- Fallow The job procedures and suggest for modification of procedures and practices covering work till the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).
- Hands on experience in Fabrication machines – like rolling machine, oxy cutting, shot blasting, furnace, welding machine (TIG & MIG),Gauging & SAW machines and painting facility maintenance.
- Hands on experience CNC machines – like heavy boring and milling machines, Horizontal and vertical turning machines, Gantry type milling/turning machines like PAMA, HNK, Waco etc
- knowledge in Siemens CNC control system, Encoder and LMS, servo motors, PLC hard wiring and hardware, backup and restore of NC, PLC, Drive archives.
- Knowledge in EOT crane maintenance
- Suggest for Spare parts planning through Preventive maintenance.
- Support external service execution.
- Closing internal & external maintenance orders
- Suggest in maintenance planning.
- Execute Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown Maintenance for critical and other equipment as per check list.
