The ESIS Manager, Operations Services will lead and develop a team of operations associates supporting Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, and Liability claims. This role is responsible for overseeing claim registrations, financial controls, mail queues, clerical requests, customer service, and other operational functions as assigned. The ideal candidate will have strong people leadership, training, root cause analysis, and process improvement experience.
