Role: Experienced Bar Staff

Pay: £12.75 per hour + holiday pay, £14.28 total per hour

Arc is looking for experienced and confident Bar Staff to join our team at Drumsheds, one of London’s biggest live music and electronic events venues, with additional opportunities at major venues and events across London.

This is fast-paced, high-volume bar work. Drumsheds welcomes thousands of customers through its doors, and we need people who can step behind the bar, get stuck in and deliver great service from the start.

Strong previous bar experience is essential.

You’ll need to be confident pouring pints, serving multiple customers, working quickly under pressure and maintaining high standards when the bar gets seriously busy.

Ongoing work throughout the season

This isn’t just about one shift.

We’re recruiting for ongoing work at Drumsheds throughout the season, with the opportunity to become part of a consistent team working across multiple shows.

Arc also has regular hospitality and event work across London, giving you the opportunity to pick up additional shifts at a wide range of venues and events.

It’s ideal if you’re looking for flexible work while still having access to regular opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

• Serving drinks in busy, high-volume event bars
• Pouring pints and preparing drinks quickly and accurately
• Operating tills, mass-dispense and packaged product systems
• Keeping queues moving during peak service
• Delivering great customer service under pressure
• Keeping your bar clean, stocked and ready for service
• Working as part of a large, fast-moving bar team

What we’re looking for

• Strong previous bar experience
• Confidence stepping straight onto a busy bar
• Experience pouring pints and serving drinks quickly and accurately
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• The ability to stay calm and professional during busy periods
• Reliability, energy and a strong work ethic
• Great customer service and a team-focused attitude
• You must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK

Please note: Previous bar experience is essential. Applications without relevant bar experience may not be progressed.
