Sales and Events Manager

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Local Sales & Events Manager who is passionate about winning new business, building lasting relationships, and delivering exceptional sales performance. Covering our Bistrot Pierre restaurants across Nottingham, Derby, and Leicester, this is an opportunity to take ownership of regional sales growth and make a tangible impact on revenue.

This is a hands-on sales role where success is measured by results. Working alongside our General Managers and Group Senior Sales & Events Manager, you'll identify and convert new business opportunities, secure corporate partnerships, drive high-value group bookings, and maximise every sales opportunity across your area. You'll be responsible for building a strong local network, developing strategic relationships, and ensuring our restaurants are the first choice for businesses, celebrations, and events.

While you'll work closely with our Marketing Team to support local campaigns, your primary focus will be generating revenue, exceeding sales targets, and delivering commercial growth. You'll use your initiative to identify opportunities, create compelling reasons for customers to choose Bistrot Pierre, and turn leads into long-term, profitable relationships.
