About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic and detail-oriented Event Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants real exposure to event marketing, campaign execution, and brand-building activities.
Unlike traditional internships, this role gives you ownership from Day 1. You will work on offline events, webinars, networking meetups, and industry collaborations while closely working with senior marketing leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end event logistics for online and offline events
- Assist in planning and executing webinars, restaurant meetups, and networking events
- Coordinate with vendors including venues, caterers, print partners, and AV teams
- Handle event timelines, checklists, and operational follow-ups
- Support on-ground event execution and attendee coordination
- Maintain marketing collaterals and event inventory
- Manage post-event reporting, feedback collection, and follow-ups
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
What We’re Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience (internships and college projects are welcome)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and communication tools
- Willingness to travel for events when required
- Interest in marketing, events, hospitality, or brand management
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience managing college fests or events
- Prior exposure to event management or hospitality
- Basic understanding of marketing and customer engagement
