About this role
Who are we:
Raptee HV is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee HV is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.
Role Overview:
As an Events Management - Intern, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing all company events from concept to completion. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end event operations, generating creative ideas, and supporting marketing and employer branding initiatives that contribute to Raptee.HV’s future growth and brand visibility. You will work closely with HR, marketing, leadership, and external partners to deliver impactful event experiences that strengthen our employer brand and market presence.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events including hiring drives, campus engagements, industry events, brand activations, and employee engagement programs
- Manage events end-to-end, covering ideation, planning, logistics, execution, and post-event follow-up Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
- Arrange all event requirements such as venues, branding materials, registrations, schedules, and on-ground support
- Generate innovative event and engagement ideas aligned with company growth, marketing goals, and employer branding strategy
- Assist in promoting events across LinkedIn, social media, career pages, and other relevant platforms
Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Creative mindset with an interest in events, marketing, and employer branding
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks Willingness to take ownership and handle responsibilities independently
Good to Have:
- Prior experience or internship exposure in event management, HR, marketing, or branding
- Strong interest in employer branding, community building, and talent engagement
- Ability to brainstorm and execute creative ideas independently
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and external partners
- Basic understanding of social media and digital promotion is a plus
