About the Role

Are you looking for a dynamic role where every day offers new challenges and the chance to work alongside professionals who value your support? Our Perth Advisory team is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential administration and organisational support.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administration support and assistance to the Advisory team to ensure smooth and efficient processes across the board.

  • Diary management for the Partners including scheduling appointments, resolving conflicts and ensuring tasks are completed within the required timeframes.

  • Preparing accurate client engagement documentation and supporting Partners with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other key written materials.

  • Coordinating the month-end billing process and reconciling credit card/accounts as part of our financial operations.

  • Managing travel bookings and travel arrangements for the team and Partners as required.

  • Coordinating team initiatives including functions, meetings, organising training sessions and employee movements.

  • Undertaking data entry and maintaining client data systems with a high level of accuracy.

  • Carrying out general office and administration duties as needed to support the wider Advisory team.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in similar Executive Assistant and/or administration role.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite products – particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.

  • A proactive, collaborative team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture.
