Role overview

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to join us on a 12-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a trusted partner to our remotely based Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO), while working closely with the and contributing to our locally based Executive Assistant team. You’ll play a key role in keeping priorities moving, supporting strategic initiatives and helping our leadership team operate at their best. No two days are the same! From coordinating executive activities and underwriting projects to supporting carrier engagement, business reporting and workplace experience initiatives, you’ll be at the centre of a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, bringing structure to complexity and taking ownership of a diverse portfolio of work. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys balancing a variety of responsibilities, and takes pride in making a meaningful impact behind the scenes.

About you

We’re looking for someone who has previously worked in an Executive Assistant role and understands the pace, discretion, and adaptability required to support senior leaders effectively.

You’ll bring:
