  • Manage complex and active executive calendars, including meeting scheduling, long-range planning, recurring event management, meeting preparation, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Future Standard is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to Executive Committee and Management Committee leaders, including the Chief Legal Officer. This role is critical to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of senior leadership through expert calendar management, travel coordination, and proactive administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills, along with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

The Executive Assistant will partner closely with the Legal Department, administrative team, and colleagues across the organization to deliver seamless support in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. This is an on-site role that requires agility, sound judgment, discretion, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to senior executives.
