Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support the Group CEO of a leading organization within the energy sector. This role is ideal for a dynamic, bilingual professional who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment and can confidently support senior leadership across regional and international operations. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted right hand to the Group CEO, managing executive coordination, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and international travel across multiple markets, including Francophone regions. Key Responsibilities 1. Executive Support (Group CEO Office) Provide high-level executive support to the Group CEO in managing a complex and fast-changing calendar Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and board documentation Ensure prioritization and alignment of the CEO’s daily engagements and strategic commitments 2.
