What you'll do
- Process supplier invoices accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Perform 2-way and 3-way matching against approved Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), contracts, and other supporting documents.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of invoice documentation prior to processing.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and procurement teams to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and outstanding items.
- Support payment processing activities and ensure compliance with internal approval workflows.
- Apply the correct GST treatment and accounting codes in accordance with prevailing tax regulations and company policies.
- Assess and determine whether GST incurred is claimable or non-claimable based on supporting documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and supporting documents to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
- Ensure financial transactions are processed in accordance with corporate governance, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in finance-related reporting and month-end closing activities when required.
- Support ERP system implementation, enhancement, and digitalisation initiatives.
- Participate in system testing, data verification, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and process validation activities.

Purpose and Scope
The Finance Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) operations by ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also supports financial governance through proper documentation, GST compliance, audit readiness, and participation in finance-related digitalisation and ERP implementation initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Operations
