What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Employee Experience: support initiatives that enhance employee experience across the Division by identifying opportunities to improve how employees work, learn, connect, and collaborate
• Continuous Improvement: gather employee feedback, analyse insights, and support the review and enhancement of processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and user experience
• User Experience & Design Thinking: partner stakeholders to improve dashboards, digital tools, and workplace solutions through user-centric design and practical enhancements
• Communications & Engagement: create engaging internal communications, newsletters, presentations, infographics, and digital content to inform and inspire employees
• Content Creation: develop communication materials and storytelling assets that support employee engagement, transformation initiatives, and organisational priorities
• Events & Community Building: assist in planning and executing town halls, staff engagement activities, workshops, networking sessions, and learning programmes
• Stakeholder Management: work closely with stakeholders across the Division to coordinate initiatives, gather feedback, and support project delivery
• Innovation & Transformation: research emerging workplace trends, technologies, AI tools, and best practices, and contribute ideas that enhance collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing
• Data & Insights: monitor participation rates, gather feedback, and analyse engagement metrics to evaluate programme effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on strategic projects, employee engagement initiatives, and transformation programmes as assigned

Who You Work With

The Group Finance Divisional Office partners leaders and teams across the organisation to foster a positive employee experience, strengthen engagement, and support transformation initiatives. You'll work closely with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and employees across the Division to drive initiatives that improve workplace experiences, strengthen communication, and build a collaborative and inclusive culture. Through this role, you'll gain valuable exposure to organisational development, change management, and employee engagement within a leading financial institution.
