About this role
Job Purpose :- To manage and supervise the production activities of the Solar Motor Section (Plant-1201), ensuring achievement of production targets, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety norms. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end manufacturing processes of electrical motors, optimizing efficiency, and supporting continual process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibility :-
- Supervise daily production operations in the Motor Section.
- Ensure production schedules are achieved as per plan and product quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor and control the entire manufacturing process including motor assembly, coiling, winding, and testing.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all equipment used for motor manufacturing.
- Maintain production efficiency to reduce the overtime and also reduce the downtime through proactive planning and coordination with maintenance teams.
- Utilize SAP for production management.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards during operations.
- Train, guide, and evaluate team members to improve skill levels and productivity.
- Support implementation of lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure Adherence to Company’s goal, Company’s core values, vision and mission.
Skills & Qualification :-
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Motor Manufacturing.
- Sound knowledge of Motor coiling, Winding, Connection, Assembly and other processes related to Motor Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in SAP for production Management (Preferred).
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, quality-driven manufacturing environment.
