- Maintain & improve finalized manufacturing MIS monthly targets. (TAKT, JCP, Absorption, Safety, DQI, NCR, CAPA, 5 S, Multi-skills development, Kaizen, cost reduction, SES saving etc.)
- Full participation in implementation of Excellences systems. (Paperless, Digital Dash boards etc.)
- Full ownership in new product development.
- Initiate training needs identifications & Skill matrix.
- Full participation in development of Lean culture at all levels.
- Reviews & pull among all inputs required for manufacturing.
- Control on all manufacturing & SAP process.
- Agility to support tendering for challenging orders & support to site complaints.
- Team building & Interdepartmental enhancement of commitments.

Production in Charge – Leading Team of Machine Shop, Assembly Shop , Testing , Packaging , Painting & Packing Department
