What you'll do
- Work closely with design team and external clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.
- Present and communicate design concepts effectively to clients.
- Conduct research to gather insights and inspiration for design projects.
- Provide feedback on details in every aspect of design to ensure optimal user experience.
- Work with the design team to continuously refine and improve design elements to create memorable experiences.
- Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies relevant to experience design.

- B.Arch or B.A. Interior Design
- 3+ years of post-graduate experience in a similar role
- Stellar presentation and copywriting skills
- Strong documentation skills using Google Slides, Adobe InDesign, and MS PowerPoint
- Experience with 3D modelling software and spatial design knowledge
- Experience with collaborative work platforms like Miro or Mural
- Experience working independently and with multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience self-managing deadlines and tasks.
Nice to have
- Experience working with established brands in retail, hospitality, entertainment, education, or healthcare industries is a plus.

About the Role
Role Summary
We are looking to work with a new Experience Design Strategist who will collaborate closely with studio leadership, architectural and interior designers, graphic designers and SME’s to co-author materials focused on exploring and identifying novel opportunities for our clients, their business, and their customers across a variety of project types. The design
Work Authorisation: For this particular opportunity we are only able to consider applications from those with pre-existing work authorisation in the US.
Interviews: Introductory calls and interviews are anticipated from 1st September. We aim to run two rounds of interview for this role with various members of our project teams, time to visit the studio and opportunity to meet more people in person.
