The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Fabrication division is seeking a highly motivated Experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Frederickson (Puyallup), WA. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to making a significant impact on our workforce.

As an Experienced Human Resources Generalist for the site, this role collaborates closely with Fabrication senior leaders, managers and employees within Skin & Spar and the Composite Manufacturing Center. Primary responsibilities include providing strategic HR leadership in areas such as organizational culture, talent management, workforce planning, and employee and labor relations – essential components for success in this position.

Position Responsibilities:
