What you'll do
- Provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the therapeutic environments, treatment and modalities and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Perform initial physiological and psychosocial needs assessment on all patients within 30 minutes of admission and shift assessment within 2 (two) hours if coming on duty.
- The RN shall, for their patients, collaborate in the formulation of the overall plan of care for the patient, as evidenced by written documentation.
- Identifies needs and problems specific to biophysical, cognitive, developmental, emotional, socio-cultural, and spiritual assessments.
