  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation to comply with international regulations and customs requirements.
  • Collaborate with the legal department to ensure adherence to export controls, trade compliance, and licensing regulations.
  • Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to arrange for the transportation of goods to their final destinations.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth export processes.
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or issues that arise.

The Export Clerk plays a crucial role in facilitating the efficient movement of goods from our facility to international markets. This position will involve the management of the documentation, logistics, and internal communication associated with exporting products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining effective coordination between various departments and external partners.

Export Documentation

-        Prepare and manage all required export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, and bills of lading.
