What you'll do

  • Operate robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently while following established production procedures and work instructions.
  • Load, unload, position, and secure parts in robotic welding cells to ensure accurate and consistent weld quality.
  • Verify correct part identification, orientation, and component usage before initiating welding operations.
  • Monitor welding processes, recognize abnormal conditions, and perform basic equipment adjustments within established guidelines.
  • Inspect completed welds and assemblies to ensure they meet quality, dimensional, and production requirements.
  • Identify, communicate, and help resolve weld defects, material issues, damaged parts, and equipment concerns.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and PPE requirements while maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:45am - 2:15pm, with overtime as needed by the business.

What you will do:  

  • Operate robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently while following established production procedures and work instructions.
