  • Root cause problem solving issues that prevent the cell from meeting daily production goals
  • Good understanding of waste elimination, continuous improvement, safety, quality, productivity, and delivery. Ability to identify waste and eliminate it
  • Properly filling out production control charts and good understanding of the production control board and its function
  • Ability to effectively communicate to team members, supervisors and other Ariens Company personnel

Job Description:

AriensCo is looking for a self-starting, motivated Team Leader for our 1st shift Fabrication Department. This individual will be in charge of ensuring proper flow of materials coming off of the break presses.

**POSITION IS LOCATED IN FAYETTEVILLE, TN**

Pay $24 per hour

THE DAY TO DAY...

  • Lead area team members

  • Adherence to standard work
