Advantage Medical Staffing is recruiting Family Physicians / GPs for an established and expanding Canadian medical organisation with opportunities in Calgary and across a wider network of clinics.

This is more than a traditional Family Medicine position. Physicians have the opportunity to join a partnership-based model designed to reward doctors as their practice develops, while providing the infrastructure and administrative support needed to focus on patient care.

The organisation offers a progressive compensation structure where physicians initially retain 75% of billings, with the potential for this percentage to increase over time.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Family Medicine / General Practice qualification

• CPSA licensed or eligible for registration in Alberta

• UK, Irish, Australian, Canadian and other internationally trained GPs meeting Alberta licensing requirements encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and patient-centred care skills

• Interest in developing a successful long-term practice in Alberta
