About The Team

Join our dynamic Fees and Reporting team and play a vital role in core student administration functions, in collaboration with Admissions, the Enrolments and Progress team, and Completion and Graduations. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a student’s administrative journey.

Your New Role!  

As a Fees and Reporting Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the University's student fee and reporting functions. Your daily tasks will include fee collection, ensuring compliance with HELP legislation and University requirements, assessing OS-HELP eligibility, evaluating remission of debt applications, and processing refund requests in accordance with the University's Fee Rules. Additionally, you will oversee reporting obligations under the Tertiary Collection of Student Information (TCSI) framework.

We are seeking a candidate who can approach sensitive and complex cases with tact, empathy, and sound professional judgement. You will be a decision maker for remission of debt under special circumstances, balancing policy requirements with individual circumstances in a fair and considered manner.

This position would suit someone who enjoys variety, is naturally curious, and likes to understand how their work contributes to the bigger picture. The successful candidate will take ownership of tasks, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and proactively follow matters through to achieve the best possible outcomes for students.

This Continuous | Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $82K – $100K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.
