  • Co-ordinate documentation for Field Services employees and leased workers for site entry
  • Monitor and chase outstanding online training requirements
  • Collate weekly timsheet information for Field Services employees and leased workers
  • Collate qualification, training certification and any other direct job-related competence records for Field Services employees and leased workers, regardless of position, location and/or tenure.
  • Collaborate with CSL/CFM to deliver the correct documentation to the Customer and/or End-customer to ensure that Field Services Employees and leased workers can gain access to the worksite when required to do so.
  • Maintain, develop and report out metrics related to document management and submission to identify areas for improvement as well as confirmation that the management of the systems, processes and people is fit for purpose.
  • Monitor and chase outstanding online training requirements
  • Co-ordination of onsite training requirements
  • Respond to general problem-solving situations from within the departments

The Field Service Administrator will provide a comprehensive, reliable and confidential service to ensure that all documentation and certification required to be provided to an End-customer, to facilitate entry into their premises, are collected and maintained as per procedures and are collated, formatted and supplied in advance of the site entry requirement, in accordance with the requirements of the Customer/End-customer, using a variety of systems and formats as required by the Customer/End-customer.
