We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better.

The Final Assembler is responsible for the final assembly of trolleys in the department. Each group of trolleys is assembled according to the type and size of the flight for which they are being used. A Final Assembler may assemble up to 100 flights per shift working either as a team or individually.

The duties of the Final Assembler include the following:

•Checking flight bill– the worker reviews the flight bills to determine what items are required for each flight. The counter height is 36 inches high, which may require the worker to bend slightly. This activity is done intermittently throughout the day and the bending is not required for any prolonged periods of time.

•Assembling flights–trolleys that have been rebuilt are brought over to the assembly area by the bar/boutique builders. The assembler stages the trolleys according to flight number. *Headsets, hampers and satchels are added, as requested, to the trolleys to complete the flight. Fully assembled flights are pushed into the cold room to await pickup. The worker marks the flight complete on a board in the cold room.

Environmental Requirements:
Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty pounds(50) pounds
Must be able work at heights up to 25 feet or more depending upon aircraft
Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hour
