Job Title: Finance Associate

Summary:

We are looking for a Finance Associate to join our Operations department at our Hyderabad headquarters. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. The Finance Associate will be responsible for assisting with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports

- Support the budgeting and forecasting process

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management

- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
