As a client financial services agent, you support advisors in service delivery and the maintenance of business relationships by offering simple and fast solutions for 💰 investments, 🏠 financing, and ☂️ protection, all aligned with established strategies. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Handle requests from members and clients by taking the necessary steps and conducting the required research.
- Help with agenda and email management.
- Support members and clients with the selection and optimal use of various tools and alternate channels to promote self-service and automation.
- Seize business opportunities, and participate in sales development through various initiatives.
