You will be joining a well-established and highly respected Irish main contractor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments throughout Dublin and the surrounding regions.

With a strong pipeline of secured projects and continued growth across multiple sectors, they are seeking experienced finishing professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional end products.
This opportunity offers the chance to join a professional and collaborative construction team working on either a prestigious apartment development in Dublin 7 or a landmark hotel project in Dublin 2. Both projects are progressing through the critical finishing stages and require an experienced Finishing Foreman capable of driving quality, programme, and subcontractor performance.
Your new role
As Finishing Foreman, you will take ownership of all internal and external finishing activities, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship are achieved throughout the final phases of the project.
You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing quality control processes, overseeing snagging activities, and ensuring all works are completed in line with project programme requirements and client expectations.
Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, Design Team, and subcontractors, you will play a vital role in ensuring successful project completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all finishing trades and subcontractors on site.
- Coordinating internal and external finishing works to achieve programme milestones.

- Participating in toolbox talks and site safety meetings.
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards throughout all project areas.
- Reporting safety concerns and supporting corrective action implementation.
