- Assist with the daily operation of The Falls Kitchen, maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, presentation and service
- Maintain consistently high standards throughout afternoon and evening service
- Ensure all food preparation and presentation meets the standards expected of The Falls Kitchen

Job Description

The Falls Kitchen, located at Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare, Co. Kerry, is seeking a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join our award-winning culinary team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified chef with experience in a similar fine-dining luxury environment who is passionate about food and eager to further develop their culinary and leadership skills.
Working under the guidance of our Executive Head Chef, you will play an important role in maintaining the exceptional standards of The Falls Kitchen while helping to lead and develop our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
