Our client is a leading international construction contractor with an established reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects across commercial, data centre, life sciences, infrastructure, and specialist fit-out sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and lead the successful delivery of a major fit-out project in Amsterdam.

Your new role
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a large-scale fit-out project from pre-construction through to completion.
Working closely with the Project Director, you will lead multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, commercial and construction functions, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities will include managing project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, controlling costs, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners. You will also oversee health and safety compliance, quality assurance processes, procurement activities, contract administration and project reporting.
