Job Description:
- We're looking for energetic and qualified Fleet Coaches - Last Mile to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Hyderabad.
- If you have a good network of 2W & 3W delivery partners across various zones in Mumbai, this is your opportunity to join India's leading quick commerce logistics platform.
- You must be based in Manikonda - Hyderabad or nearby locations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders Vendors: Sourcing riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
- Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
- Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
- MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/courier/logistics companies.
- Education: Graduate and above
- Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
- Must have an owner's mindset. We are looking for owners, not employees.
