Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fleet Manager to join our Motoring division, based primarily at Wetherill Park. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Towing National Supply & Fleet, you will lead the strategy, design and lifecycle management of the NRMA fleet, ensuring our vehicles, tooling and consumables are safe, fit for purpose and cost effective.

This is a highly visible leadership role focused on fleet transformation, EV and emerging vehicle technology adoption, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. Leading a team of two, you'll work across the business to balance current operational needs while shaping a future-ready fleet that delivers strong commercial, safety and member outcomes.

 

What You'll Do
