  • Develops schedules and procedures for and ensures adherence to routine maintenance and non-routine repair of all vehicles in the company’s fleet.
  • Collaborates with supervisors and staff to manage and reduce expenses such as those for fuel and labor costs.
  • Establishes a schedule for recommended replacement of fleet vehicles.
  • Drafts and presents reports on department operations and expenses.
  • Prepares and implements departmental budget.
  • Develops and enforces procedures, policies, and safety protocols for all fleet services staff.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

The Fleet Manager will oversee and maintain the organizations fleet of cars, trucks, and specialized vehicles. Their duties include managing a budget for vehicle repairs and replacements and ensuring driver candidates receive proper training to uphold safe driving standards.

  • Develops schedules and procedures for and ensures adherence to routine maintenance and non-routine repair of all vehicles in the company’s fleet.

Education/Qualification:

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.

  • Must be able to access and navigate fleet parking lot and maintenance facilities.
