What you'll do
- Service and maintain the fleet of vehicles
- Maximize uptime for field operations fleet by implementing rapid response and preventative programs
- Provide on-site support, as needed, and organize applicable travel
- Install upgrades of hardware and software on existing fleet vehicles, as required
- Learn all aspects of the ARAN subsystems and implement rapid diagnostics and troubleshooting which may lead to repair both on and off-site
- Assist in the repair and maintenance of field operations equipment and spare parts
- Help maintain Fleet Operations spare parts inventory
- Provide preventative maintenance forecasting for vehicle chassis and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Provide support to field operations staff, both email and telephone, when on and off schedule, as needed
- Provide training to Field Operators on Roadware hardware and software products
- Provide feedback and corrective actions to other departments to improve product reliability and quality
