Food & Beverage - Senior Manager, Cafes (Front of House)

THE OPPORTUNITY 

Aritzia is growing and our Food & Beverage team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for curating and providing a world-class Café program to Aritzia clients. You will play a pivotal role in delivering extraordinary client experiences by creating world-class beverages, as well as managing transactions, services, and the service counter to create memorable moments. THE ROLE 

As the  Senior Manager, Cafés, you will lead the team to: 

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience. 

• Translate the strategy into tangible plans that are designed and communicated clearly, enabling flawless execution. 

• Connect with guests, creating an engaging and welcoming experience with each visit from welcome and departure.  

• Provide clients��with an exceptional dining experience, that is timely and seamless.​​ 

• Deliver guests with a best-in-class beverage selection and service to elevate their dining experience 

• Deliver a curated, elevated, safe, and seamless environment that enhances client experience. 

THE QUALIFICATIONS  

The Senior Manager, Cafés, has: 

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Food & Beverage 

• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles 

• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners 

• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business 

THE COMPENSATION  

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000–$200,000 CAD per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
