Rockstar is recruiting for the market-leading AI voice agent for mortgage lenders. Since starting in mid-2024, the company has signed 6 of the 10 largest independent mortgage banks in the US as enterprise customers, growing from ~$0 to $13M annualized revenue over the past 20 months, and currently making around 600k calls a day. Product-market fit is a defining achievement, and the next 12 months will be transformative. The company is far and away the market leader in this space. In the near future, most mortgages will be originated by AI; the company is best positioned to achieve this. If successful, the company will eventually make everyone's mortgage 1% cheaper and build an enduring and valuable company along the way. The Role
This is the first strategy and operations hire for the company. The role reports to the CEO and focuses on whichever challenge is most critical at the time.
Currently, the primary challenge is hiring. The company is tripling the team in a year without lowering the bar, making recruiting the highest-leverage system. The role will own targeting, reaching, evaluating, and closing top talent.
Over time, the scope expands to other areas of the business: sales, product, finance, or people, depending on needs and the candidate's interests.
