Role:

At ClearRoute we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the build of an internal Skills Marketplace platform, which is a solution that is a two-tier web application, with Kotlin & Spring for backend and React frontend. The role is part of a wider project team, working as part of an on-going client project. We work in a hybrid way and the role will be based from our London (Hatton Garden) office two days a week with the other days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small pod to build an MVP of the Skills Marketplace, working with stakeholders on usage and adoption

• Use Claude or similar AI tools to produce a first-pass design for the solution

• Lead the pod day-to-day and act as the main point of liaison with stakeholders / client

• Work comfortably in a multidisciplinary environment

Required Experience:

• Proven experience leading technical teams

• Experience designing and building Full Stack applications, using React, Spring and Kotlin.

• Understanding of AI engineering and tooling

• Comfortable and confident speaking directly with users

• Happy to work with a startup mindset

Desirable Experience:

• Claude certification, Codex, or Google Gemini experience
