Key Responsibilities

• Making the daily general ledger journal entries for Japan and Korea entities
• Prepare monthly reconciliation for B/S accounts response for.
• Assists in Internal and external audit related work.
• Follow monthly closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
• In charge of Finance dailing operation works for Japan and Korea eneites
• Support the Financial Accounting Manager with the carry-out and document related to SOX control tests and report findings for timely resolution.
• Support the Financial Accounting Manager in implementing robust internal controls, monitoring compliance, and maintaining adequate documentation.
• Support the Financial Accounting Manager special projects of moderate to complex scope.
• Other support needed in Finance department

 Job Qualifications

• As part of the finance team contributes to the accurate & timely completion of month end duties
• Works within a team environment & supports other members of the team as & when required
• Reports information accurately & in a timely fashion
• Proactively interprets the data and communicates with key personnel as required
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business or related discipline, or professional accounting qualifications such like CPA, ACCA etc, is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills                              
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of related Law and Regulations. Like SOX, US GAAP
• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience or more in accounting and financial management (Big 4 or Accounting Firm experience preferred)
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to convey business requirements and technical needs in a clear, concise and effective manner.
• Experience with highly integrated ERP systems (J.D. Edwards preferred)
• Must be proficient in English both oral and writing
