- Coordinate strategic Product & Services priorities across multiple workstreams, markets, customers, or programs and ensure consistent GTOM-aligned execution.
- Lead the conversion of Customer Operations strategy into scalable operating models, defining processes, accountabilities, and regional responsibilities to drive operational excellence and global consistency across Air Freight operations.
- Proactively identify gaps and opportunities where automation, digital capabilities, and process innovation can enhance customer experience, increase organizational efficiency, and reduce manual intervention across regional Air Freight operations.
- Convert recurring customer, product, sector, or control tower issues into capability improvements, governance actions, and adoption plans.
- Coordinate across senior stakeholders to align product promise, customer experience, commercial priorities, operations reality, and digital enablement.
- Provide leadership visibility on performance trends, customer risks, capability gaps, and required interventions.
- Build capability maturity by coaching managers, standardizing expectations, and reinforcing decision quality and escalation discipline.
- Protect the defined Product & Services scope: portfolio standards and product definitions.
- Maintain clear boundary discipline: this role does not own local station shipment execution.

JOB PURPOSE
Implement Air Freight Product & Services plans, processes and activities to deliver accurate and effective functional outcomes in line with business needs and objectives, relevant strategies and standards, Group guidelines and policies, and applicable legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

- Ability to convince subject matter experts and key stakeholders, including Primary interfaces: Growth, Pricing, Sectors, Customer Operations / Control Tower, SCM & Gateways, Process Excellence, Implementation, Solution Delivery, Regional/Country Air Freight leadership.
- Works with Global, Region, Country, and Station stakeholders according to scope and activation level.
- Experience coordinating with Solution Delivery / IT for enablement gaps through the approved front door, and other relevant stakeholders, to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches where required.
- Ability to build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL managers and relevant partner teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain pricing decisions, risks and requirements to different audiences
- Ability to work effectively across functions, countries and cultures in a complex global organization
