Global Product Education Manager

Ultradent Products, Inc. is seeking a Global Product Education Manager to lead the development and delivery of product education programs for internal and external stakeholders worldwide. This role plays a key part in shaping and stewarding Ultradent’s global Product Education vision while partnering closely with regional teams, academic institutions, and professional associations.
 

The Global Product Education Manager will design and deliver education strategies that address regional needs while ensuring global consistency. This position collaborates cross-functionally with Clinical Affairs, regional Education teams, and Global Events to support educational initiatives across academic partnerships, events, congresses, and digital platforms.
 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering global product education programs

  • Collaborating with regional teams to align education strategies and execution

  • Supporting relationships and ways of working with academic institutions and professional associations

  • Planning and supporting Ultradent Academy presence at global events and congresses

  • Supporting global and regional educational events and webinars


Qualifications:

  • Experience in product education, training, or related roles within the dental or healthcare industry

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to lead by influence and collaborate across teams and regions

  • Global mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic environment

  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%


This role is based at Ultradent’s Head Office in Salt Lake City, Utah. Candidates located outside of Salt Lake City will be considered based on experience and qualifications.
