We’re looking for a Global Marketing Programs Manager (m/f/d) to join Agilent.

In this role, you’ll transform customer and market insights into bold marketing programs that drive awareness, generate demand, and deliver measurable growth, helping shape the future of our LC portfolio. As an individual contributor, you collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions, combining business, creative, and technical expertise to bring innovative solutions to market faster than ever. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain marketing program strategy and integrated program architecture aligned with Agilent’s strategic initiatives, Solution Unit (SU) plans, and Segment leadership priorities
  • Collaborate with GMPM and RMPM colleagues to integrate global and regional program strategies across portfolios, ensuring alignment with customer needs throughout the buyer’s journey
  • Partner with Reputation Marketing and Commercial Marketing CoEs to define customer-centric, omnichannel campaign strategies, including messaging, content, and deployment plans
  • Lead creation of campaign content and messaging blueprints with SU and Segment partners, ensuring alignment with target customers, value propositions, market positioning, and source content
  • Monitor and evaluate program and campaign performance against goals, adjusting strategies as needed, while managing program budgets and ensuring compliance with regulatory, medical, legal, and brand standards
  • Conduct regular program reviews with business and regional marketing partners to optimize impact and ROI

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Biological Science, or equivalent, with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • At least 5 years of proven success in a commercial marketing role, developing B2B programs and campaigns that drive demand for scientific/lab products in Pharmaceuticals, Biopharma, Food, and Environmental markets
  • Results-driven with experience creating fact-based, goal-oriented plans aligned to strategic objectives
  • Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a global matrix
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
  • Creative, proactive, and able to understand the needs and buying influences of scientific audiences

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
