- Manage end-to-end machine operations in shifts to meet annual production targets.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, CTPs, and CTQs.
- Plan production resources and consumables.
- Implement Kaizen methodologies and TPM tools.
- Manufacture CNC machine-made products according to TOC timelines.
- Monitor and enhance product quality.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels in manufacturing lines.
- Enforce 100% safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to maximize machine utilization and minimize breakdowns.
- Manage material accountability and minimize gold loss.
- Ensure availability of tools and consumables.
- Oversee manufacturing of conventional turning machine route products.
