The Program for Aspiring Vertiv Engineers (PAVE) is Vertiv Asia's flagship early-career development program designed to develop the next generation of engineering and technical professionals.

As a PAVE Associate (Technical Track), you will participate in a structured 12-month development journey combining technical training, project exposure, mentorship, rotational assignments, and hands-on learning across Vertiv's portfolio of critical infrastructure solutions.

Participants will develop both technical depth and business understanding while gaining valuable exposure to technologies that power data centers, communication networks, and industrial environments around the world.
 

What You Will Experience

Phase 1: Foundations

Depending on business needs and development plans, participants may gain exposure across:

Who We Are Looking For

• Recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of work experience
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in: 
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechatronics Engineering
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
