THE ROLE
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in leading client relationships, media strategy, and creative performance across several high-growth accounts. You will oversee forward-deployed creatives and media buyers to drive efficient spend, scale accounts, and connect media strategy with creative intelligence.
This role is primarily client-facing and strategic, but you should also be able to dive into the weeds. You will use your platform expertise, analytical judgment, and understanding of creative performance to help clients grow faster and more efficiently.

Competitive base (100k-140k) + bonus structure, total compensation range 100k-280k/yr
