What you'll do
- Report the results of audits, inspections or incidents to supervisors or senior management.
- Maintain documentation related to QHSE activities, including audit reports, improvement recommendations, and compliance documents.
- Assist in preparing reports related to quality, health, safety, and the environment.
- Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
- Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
- Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
- Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Public Health (OHS/K3), or Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering).
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a related field.
- Certified General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum/AK3U) issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI).
- Good understanding of Indonesian occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
- Proficient in risk assessment and risk management, including HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control).
- Able to conduct field inspections and workplace accident investigations.
Nice to have
- Awareness of ISO standards, particularly ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and/or ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System).
