We're looking for a warm, friendly, and professional Guest Services Agent to welcome guests to our one-of-a-kind resort in Ucluelet, BC. This is a year-round role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a guest-facing position in a spectacular coastal setting. We’re hiring Guest Services Agents to be part of the team that welcomes guests and helps shape their overall experience. This is more than a front desk role. Guest Services supports nearly every stage of a guest’s stay and works closely with all departments to help ensure things run smoothly from check-in to check-out.

This is a great fit for people who:

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment where professionalism and warmth go hand in hand
• Have strong communication skills and are comfortable communicating in person, over the phone, and by email
• Are comfortable using technology, quick to learn hotel systems and procedures, and attentive to detail when keeping records or coordinating with other teams
• Are skilled at identifying guest needs and thoughtfully suggesting experiences, upgrades, or services that enhance their stay
• Like being part of a team that values collaboration, clear communication, and shared accountability

This posting outlines the core responsibilities of the role. Team members may occasionally be asked to step outside their core responsibilities to support day-to-day resort operations. A flexible, can-do attitude is key.

Guest Services operates 24/7, so we’re hiring for a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Black Rock Resort resides within the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ – Ucluelet First Nation traditional territory, of whose ancestral lands we work and play.

Additional qualifications:
